Graffiti as politics in action (or vandalism through the wrong glasses)

I have recently been walking past some anti-establishment neonazi graffiti I am loathe to give any credence to, being such hatred inciting shit.  A voice for those discriminated against?  The artist says the work has no religion, and I am an atheist, but feel comforted by the work, like its giving the bird to bigotry...
